About Ali

"My passion for the culinary arts started when I was a child. During elementary school, I often experimented in the kitchen by creating concoctions with whatever ingredients and equipment I could find. I helped my parents with the planning, preparation, setting up, serving, and cleaning up for dinner parties whenever I could. It is a joy to cook for people, to make them happy, and see the expression on their faces while they experience the dishes I create.

 I am intrigued by various cooking TV shows and enjoy reading cooking magazines and recipe books in my spare time. To me, being involved with the culinary arts is an ongoing learning process that I will forever be happy to take part in."
